A hope and a dream

Hi, well today I'm gonna write about my dream job, or career. This is  becoming a chef or cooking, but specifically on a cruise, this is because I am gonna be able to visit and know different places, and do something I really like. The skills I will need are ability with the knife, and knowing the types of fruit and vegetables. I think the best part is that I can try everything I make, and I would love to only make pastries. But even knowing that the major I am doing is Anthropologist, because it is another way to travel and meet people, and last year, I believed that anthropology would be a great opportunity to learn more things, and it is only recently that i keep thinking about cooking.  One funny fact is that in both careers it is kinda hard to make money in Chile, so either way I have and want to leave this country. Also I think that the possibilities of having a little and cozy cafeteria where i will be making the food, and being the owner of such a nice place. This place would turn into where the things happen and where people could relax and chill so they feel better in any way that this place became their place.

    Definitely, If you have your own cafeteria, I will go! and it's very interesting the relationship you do with your two dreams jobs (chef and anthropologist), you can learn a lot about mixing those two careers:)

    Being a Chef must be a very fun job in general, and more so if it is on a cruise ship. one question, what food dishes do you prepare the best?

    wow, I get dizzy if I get on a boat, I can't imagine cooking in one and for a while, what a nice dream, I hope you can achieve it one day :)

Chateau de Pierrefonds

 I would love to visit Francia, more specifically Alta Francia, because it is the setting of my favorite show, and the architecture of this place is really amazing. The colors and the emotions that transmit the photos make me want to go. I don't know much about this country but I think that is one of the reasons why I would love to go, so I can know more about it. I would like to go to the Chateau de Pierrefonds, is a castle and is de place were in the show lives the protagonists s were most of the history past, and i really like the legend of Camelot, and this castle is where the series merlin put Camelot and king Arthur. I don't see myself working in this place because it is just a false place, like a copy or more like an idea of the possibilities. But I want to study in France, more for the language than anything else.
